Dear Greasebus riders,
Our Seattle bus and reservation system is offline until further notice. We should be taking reservations and running again very soon.
Thanks,
Greasebus
The Greasebus service is first-come first-serve with all sign ups going through our online calendar. We'll be offering trips to Stevens Pass from every Saturday and Sunday for the rest of the season. Our calendar will allow 20 people to sign up each day until all seats are sold. If we get any cancellations we make the changes to the calendar immediately so often times a seat can still open up on a day that is "sold out" so check back as needed. After you sign up you can always cancel, but we do ask for 24 hour notice from the departure of the trip in order to issue you a full refund. (see terms and conditions for details)
If the day you want is sold out you can always stop by SnoCon between 7:45 - 8am and hope for a stand-by seat. We love to fill every seat, so if someone doesn't show up, you have a chance to get in there, but no guarantee . Most days at least one or two people who are signed up simply don't show and a seat becomes available.
Under 18?Click here to download a waiver. Have parent or guardian sign it and please bring it to check in. We keep your waivers for the entire season, so you only need to print and sign once.
Under 13? You must have a parent or guardian present on the trip with you. Parents & Guardians, please keep in mind that we play PG-13 movies on the bus, but no rated R material.
At 7:30 each morning our bus leaves from Evo located at 122 NW 36th St, Seattle, WA, then we head over to SnoCon at 263 Yale Avenue North, Seattle, WA for an 8am departure to the mountain. For directions please click on the corresponding maps below. After a full day on-hill, the bus departs from Stevens Pass at 4pm, arriving back at SnoCon around 5:45pm, and Evo at 6:15pm, weather and traffic permitting.

Does the Seattle Greasebus only go to Stevens Pass?
Yes, at this point the Seattle bus only goes to Stevens Pass. We hope to have another bus specific to Crystal in years to come but nothing for this season.
Does the Seattle Greasebus run during any weekdays?
Not yet, we are building up our Seattle staff and will run more days as soon as it is possible. We're easing our way into Seattle as we are a Portland based company and will continue to add more service just as soon as we can.
Once I sign up can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, if you want to change days or cancel just email us by clicking here. If you paid with Paypal you'll be remibursed in full or the charges can simply apply to the day you'd like to change to.
Where does the Greasebus fuel up?
We could tell you but we’d have to kill you. We work with a small network of restaurants around the Portland Metro area to collect all the fuel we need for the daily commutes. With grease being a hot commodity these days, we don’t like to reveal our secret spots that we’ve worked so hard to acquire.
